Version 0.2

I've played a lot again with mtalk. I'm now using a 2-bit sampling instead
of 1-bit sampling. IMHO it sounds a little better. But it's now incompatible
with 0.1 of mtalk - sorry. I've added a -term switch to mtalk. To use mtalk
via term, mtalkd as instructed, then on remote: tredir 5101 127.0.0.1:5101
The switch simply changes the port number from 5101 to 5102. The mtalkd
server writes the name of the last connected hosts to /tmp/mtalk_from.
Starting mtalk with 'last' as the hostname, it should connect to the last
caller. One last change: If the program is unable to switch mono/stereo it
now gives just a warning.

Version 0.3

Using the -8 switch now makes it possible to use 8 bit sampling over the net

Version 0.4

We're now using GSM compression for the sound. Server and client has been
changed and are now again incompatible with earlier versions. Get the
gsm-1.0.tar.Z file if you want the sources of the gsm library.

Again: mtalk is _very_ alpha.

Have Fun
